2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers). Cloudflare processes technically required data such as IP address, date, time and requested page to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Content from our database

Content such as blog posts is loaded from our database (Supabase, EU region) when the site is built. No personal data is sent to Supabase when you visit the site.

4. Fonts

All fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to external font providers is made.

5. Cookies and tracking

Analytics and marketing services only load after you consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can allow analytics and marketing separately and change or withdraw your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We use Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, no Google services are loaded.

Google and Meta may transfer data to the USA. Both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Booking via Calendly

We link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) for intro calls. Calendly only processes your data once you open the link, according to its own privacy policy.

7. Contact form and email

When you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email, optionally company, website, interests, budget and your message) to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form enquiries are stored in our database at Supabase (Frankfurt, EU). A data processing agreement is in place with Supabase. Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.

To protect against spam, the form contains a field that is invisible to humans. No additional data is collected for this.

8. Links to social networks

In the footer we link to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X. These are plain links, not embedded plugins. No data is sent to these providers until you click a link; their privacy policy applies from then on.

9. Retention

Server log data at Cloudflare is deleted automatically after a short time. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR), for example via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Just write to hello@wiro.design.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process data based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

There is no automated decision-making, including profiling. You are not legally or contractually obliged to provide data, but we cannot answer your enquiry without the details in the contact form.
